I have worked one on one with Jen and believe her approach, suggestions, guidance and messaging would greatly impact others. I believe my knee replacement recovery went as well as it did because of what I learned from Jen. Incorporating my physical therapy into my daily movement was much more effective than stopping 3 times a day to do hour long PT sessions!  My physical therapist applauded this approach and is amazed at my recovery! The fact is, I was never going to stop my world and do my PT 3 times a day and honestly, even once was a big maybe!!! I am just so thankful I had  already had Jen’s approach to strategies hidden in plain sight! These strategies empowered me to search for movement opportunities within my day and as a result, my PT experience was fun, very effective and felt effortless!

Working with Jen was transformative! I learned how to live my life with more intention. She taught me these (seemingly) little “life hacks” that helped me narrow my focus on things that are most important to me.

It was a perfect fit for me because I’m a working mom with two little girls, and I often don’t have much time to focus on myself (mentally, physically, spiritually). Jen taught me so many ways to incorporate small acts of self-care throughout the day. And it’s made such a difference in the quality of the days.

The best part of working with Jen was how much she tailored her program to fit my lifestyle. When I told her my mornings are chaotic, and I don’t have even 5 minutes to do anything for myself, her response was “Do you have 30 seconds?” And she found something that fit my time frame. She’s so relatable & funny, and explains things in such a way that it makes 30 seconds of self-care seem worth it, because you know what it’s doing to your body and mind. And over time, those 30 seconds add up.

Jen DiLella greatly improved two related aspects of my daily routine, i.e. getting quality sleep and morning wake up.

I was having trouble falling asleep at night. As a result, it was difficult to get out of bed in the morning. Jen showed me that a strong AM kickoff would not only give me more energy during the day, but would also make falling asleep easier at night.

Jen convinced me to get outside and move around in the sunlight as soon as possible after waking up. She then suggested taking a shower that includes 30 seconds of cold water at the end, followed by hydrating. I drink a glass of water mixed with a nutritional supplement powder.

I’m happy to report I no longer feel lethargic in the morning, am more productive during the day and fall asleep at night without a problem.

Jen’s methods are straightforward and easy to follow. She is easygoing and non-judgmental.

Whether it’s waking up, falling asleep or other issues related to your daily routine, I highly recommend Jen and her program.
