About Jen
Jen is a Physician Assistant who worked clinically in the Emergency Department setting for close to ten years. Drawn toward prevention, she obtained a Master of Public Health degree where she was first introduced to motivational interviewing as a core communication technique. After that she never looked back. She now coaches executives part time as a performance specialist and is presently enrolled in a health and wellness coach training program. Jen is is grateful to work with individuals the way she envisioned at the start – as a collaborator who helps to facilitate the health and wellness change that is important to them. Building from a strengths first approach, Jen’s clients leave feeling stronger, more self directed and better equipped to influence their health outcomes.
